This is the jewel of acclaimed French Chef Jean-Georges empire. Exquisitely delicious crafted dishes. Having visited many of the world’s finest restaurants I would say Jean-George as being among the best. Food was amazing. Seasonal flavors were on point, exceptional cuisine.
Chef Jean-George is a master at maintaining the essence of ingredients while using them inventively to produce the best flavors featuring fresh market ingredients. Restaurant has soaring ceiling and windows that contribute to the delicate, airy feeling. With stunning views of Central Park and Columbus Circle all contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. It was a delight to be able to celebrate my birthday here!. It is definitely a wonderful special occasion restaurant and I had an absolutely fantastic Birthday dinner!
