Fill a large pot with water. Add a liberal amount of Salt, juice of lemon and lemon wedges and other desired seasonings I use Garlic, thyme and bay leaves. Bring water to boil. Slide Lobsters in claws first.
Then add already mostly cooked small baby potatoes and wedges of corn and boil for ten minutes but don’t overcook. Drain and allow to cool for five minutes before serving. Serve with a bowl of melted butter to dip that delicious lobster. Enjoy.
