Lidia Bastianich bestselling cookbook author restaurateur and longtime very talented Executive Chef Fortunato Nicotra pictured here with us.
I was very fortunate to live only five minutes’ walk from her wonderful upper east flagship Italian restaurant for 12 years and dined here a lot and we share a similar background Lidia grew up eating farm-to-table meals with her Italian family as I did.
