Al Mahara Restaurant – Dubai
Al Mahara Seafood restaurant in the Burj al Arab Hotel is subtly lit restaurant with an underwater feel thanks to a wall-to-ceiling aquarium. Even though I don’t know why from what I have previously read about it I had expected it to be an underwater restaurant where instead there is actually an aquarium in the middle of it. It’s a giant aquarium as its centerpiece.
However the service is impeccable, the food good with more staple dishes that don’t follow trends and the Michelin star chef focuses on the quality and the freshness of the produce that they source locally and to really let the fresh quality ingredients speak for themselves.
