Grace has traveled the globe having worked for some of the largest lifestyle companies in the world. all while running GalloCo LLC, her International Boutique consulting Marketing Company in midtown New York City.

As an international businesswoman I have been blessed to indulge in this curiosity. Running my own international boutique consulting firm while also launching multiple fashion, home-ware, and Jewelry ventures I have had the opportunity to not just travel the world but, to live in it. Multiple countries have been my home including Italy, Australia, Hong Kong and the US, providing me with incredible experiences and a unique perspective.

I live my life with a powerful amount of positivity and passion – being born and initially raised in Italy this, of course, comes naturally. What also comes naturally is a fervent love of all things food. In Italy, every meal is a celebration of family and of friends. I am an ardent cook and take this ideal with me wherever I may find myself.

Contemplating my next chapter, a thought began to form while preparing a large dinner party. The excitement of shopping for fresh ingredients, glorious flowers to set a perfect table – so important to enhance the mood and create the dining ‘experience’. Planning such events and sharing my travels, seeing the joy this brings others leaves me euphoric and warm. I realized that these days I was far more comfortable in the kitchen than I was in the boardroom.

After much prodding from enthusiastic friends, I find myself engaging in this new venture to share my travels and love of food with a wider audience… You.

My lifestyle is driven by the combination of work and play – one should always feed the other. I have always embraced creating my own path in life – knowing that if I don’t have certain skills or knowledge I will find a way to solve problems and make things happen. Knowing that I will take risks – all while being fully committed to what I love.
