Paris is considered the most beautiful city in the planet. I can concur I have always loved Paris, And Paris and romance, they go together like champagne and oysters.
Paris is beautiful any time of year. Paris is a perfect destination for everyone, young or old. It is the perfect place to go to just walk and discover. No need for a minute by minute itinerary. It’s a place for discovery!. If it’s your first time in Paris. Grab a baguette, cheeses and fruit from your local boulangerie, find a place to sit, and spend some time just watching the locals. It is a lesson in Parisian style, culture, and everyday life.
With the charming cobbled streets of Montmartre and from there some of the best views to admire the fabulous city of Paris from its heights the plaza in front of Sacré-Coeur offers soaring view of the city and Paris’s small size and wide streets mean it’s ideal for walking and taking in the scenery. “You can’t get lost, and there’s always something beautiful around the next corner,” The food in Paris is famous for being the best in cuisine in Europe, besides Italy and I can concur its illustrious gastronomic history make it a top destination for foodies, and you cannot go to Paris and not sink your teeth into those yummy macarons, well not only macarons, Paris is a dessert mecca! You will not be able to resist when you pass by one of these places. I’ve never had a bad pastry in Paris, their window displays alone tempt you with sugary goodness. I highly recommend Afternoon Tea at the Ritz but if not in your budget go have tea at Laduree on des Champs-Élysées, they have a few stores in Paris, but this one is their flagship and my favorite. For best macarons head to Pierre Hermé his famous for his macarons, often with unusual flavor combinations of deliciousness.
The pull of Paris is very much food, wine and champagne, combining traditionally elegant and cozy restaurants with the backdrop of its romantic architecture. So there’s no doubt you can have a fantastic time in Paris, enjoying the unique combination of beautiful architecture, unspoiled history and fine cuisine. And I can agree with Audrey Hepburn who said “Paris is always a good idea”
